First Course

Marinated heritage beetroot with apple, toasted hazelnuts and feta

Second course

Smoked haddock scotch egg with a parmesan and chive sauce

Third Course

Poached fillet of gilt-head bream with charred broccoli, smoked caviar Beurre blanc and braised salsify

Breast of duck with a braised leg parcel, baked potato and salt-baked turnips
